GTA Online's Kortz Center Heist Launches July 14 — First Major Heist Since 2020
The Kortz Center Heist arrives in GTA Online on July 14, marking the first major new heist since Cayo Perico. Here's everything Rockstar has confirmed.
GTA Online's longest heist drought is almost over. Rockstar Games has officially announced the Kortz Center Heist, launching July 14 — the first brand-new major heist added to the game since Cayo Perico back in 2020. According to GameSpot, players will team up with Mr. Faber and Raf De Angelis to pull off a high-end art theft from the iconic Kortz Center location.
The heist follows a familiar multi-stage structure: scope the location, gear up, then execute the job. Players are instructed to leave no witnesses and scrub any CCTV evidence along the way. It supports solo play or a crew of up to four, though Rockstar is clearly designing the experience with co-op in mind.
A new Art Studio property ties directly into the heist's core mechanic. Once acquired, a "gifted counterfeiter" moves in and produces forgeries — replicas that players swap in place of the genuine pieces they lift. It's a clever setup that gives the job some narrative texture beyond a straight smash-and-grab.
Replayability looks to be a genuine priority this time around. Three new paintings rotate into the heist each week, and Rockstar says there's "tons of variability" in how players can approach the missions. That kind of structured variety is exactly what kept Cayo Perico in heavy rotation for years, so the formula is proven.
With GTA 6 still without a release window, Rockstar clearly isn't letting GTA Online coast. The Kortz Center Heist drops July 14 — pencil it in.
